Nowadays we can see many junk food or fast food stalls in our locality.These shops are often so crowded that we have to stand in a queue to order food.Obviously these foods are tasty but not healthy and after eating those ''crap" food we are becoming 'Obese'.




OBESITY AND OBESE:                

First,let's understand what is obesity and what is obese....

Obesity is a disorder where a person has accumulate so much body fat that it might increase the risk of some fatal health problems.Those who have obesity are called obese.If a person's bodyweight is at least 20% higher than it should be or their Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 25 and 29.9 then he or she is considered as obese.

The most common causes of obesity are overeating(or eating high-calorie foods) and lack of physical activity.Though there are also many causes of obesity such as -
food addiction,eating too much junk food or sugar,insulin resistance.Obesity also depends on genetics.









HEALTH PROBLEMS OF OBESITY OR OBESE PEOPLE:



     An obese person faces several health problems.People who are overweight or obese have a much greater risk of developing serious conditions such as high blood pressure,high cholesterol and atherosclerosis (where fatty deposits narrow your arteries) which can lead to coronary heart disease and stroke.They also face diabetes,gout, osteoarthritis, asthma and the list goes on.

 If you are overweight,then be careful.Check your diet,cut down extra calories.Say 'NO' to junk food,deep fried food. Cause 'Prevention is better than cure'.Physical exercise is must for obese people.They can follow LCD(low carb diet) or keto diet as suggested by their nutritionist.There are also many surgical procedures for weight loss.

                                                    
                               
                                                                           
If you can  reduce your calorie intake then  it will be easy for you to lose weight. If you want to lose half kilogram weight per week then you need to burn and reduce your dietary intake by approximately 500 calories per day.Thus you will reduce 26 kg weight at the end of one year.
